STORE POLICY

CUSTOMER CARE

To best ensure that you are always 100% satisfied with your Peggy's Emporium purchase, we aim to ship every order out within 1-2 working days of receipt of payment. Any anticipated major delays, due COVID-19 restrictions or during particularly busy periods, for example, will be made clear prior to checkout. Online orders are handled exclusively by Emily, who will take every care to ensure your item(s) are packaged securely and will get to you as quickly as possible (and in one piece)!

Please be aware that all online sales are final, with the exception of faulty items.

If you have any queries or concerns about our store, website or an order you have placed, please contact us. We will reply as soon as possible.

IN-STORE RETURNS POLICY

Any faulty items bought in-store, or purchased through our Click & Collect service, can be returned to the store within 30 days for a full refund. In-store returns for items that are not faulty will be accepted at our discretion. This may depend on condition of the item(s) you wish to return. We try our best to ensure that all of our products are free of damage before finalising any in-store sales, but if we have made an oversight, please let us know by visiting us in-store or contacting us by email and we will try our best to assist you.

Please note that a hand-written receipt will be required as proof of purchase for any in-store returns, regardless of payment method.

If you paid by card, you will need to present the card used to make your purchase when requesting an in-store return.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

Though we hope to stock our own jewellery and crafts in the near future, at present, we do not personally craft any of the lines we stock. We are instead humbled to offer our customers locally crafted goods on behalf of our wonderful and creative suppliers.

 

Peggy's Emporium exclusive items (our specially blended teas and bespoke postcards) are so exclusive that we don't even offer them online! As such, we have no plans to offer them wholesale.
